Services Provided

I offer individual psychotherapy and sex therapy for both individuals and couples.

Group therapy options are also occasionally offered.

  • At its core, therapy is about the power of feeling deeply seen and supported.

We are wired for healing. Even if you feel overwhelmed, ashamed, or stuck, there is something in you that knows how to move toward wholeness. Often, that capacity gets buried under trauma, sexual shame, religious or spiritual harm, or painful beliefs about your identity and worth. You may look like you’re functioning on the outside, but inside it feels heavy, lonely, and exhausting. Part of you longs to feel safe and connected. Another part may be unsure if that’s even possible.

Those protective patterns make sense. Together, we’ll slow things down and gently notice what happens inside, without judgment, and begin to process what was too much to face alone.

  • Sex, intimacy, and desire can be some of the most meaningful parts of life. They can also feel complicated or painful.

Many women struggle with issues like painful sex, low desire, or difficulty with orgasm. For couples, intimacy challenges can show up as mismatched desire, disconnection, or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to talk about. Sex therapy seeks to offer a safe, judgement-free space to explore these struggles, both individually or with a partner. Together we will begin to untangle the guilt, fear, or silence that often surrounds them. My approach is gentle and collaborative, helping you move toward greater safety, pleasure, and connection.

I am a Sex Therapist Associate under consultation through the American Board of Christian Sex Therapists (ABCST).

  • Growth and healing are deeply supported in connection with others.

Group therapy gives you the chance to be in a space with others who are also figuring things out. Sharing your story, hearing others share theirs, and realizing you’re not the only one going through hard things can be such a relief. Group therapy seeks to offer a safe place to practice new ways of relating, explore your emotions with support, and experience what it’s like to be truly seen, understood, and accepted just as you are. Over time, the group becomes a kind of community where growth, connection, and healing naturally unfold.
